Managing Editor - Joseph Macaluso, Managing Editor is a construction cost estimator with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administration and over 25 years’ experience as construction cost estimator, grant administrator, and project manager working for Empire State Development Corporation, New York City School Construction Authority, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, and the New York City Transit Authority. Joe was the president of the New York Interagency Engineering Council. He has received the Technical Excellence Award from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and has contributed to books on Green Building, Renovating Schools as well as editing other reference texts.
Technical Editor - Jack Sheffield is an educator with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, and contractor for his entire 30-year career, he is a Florida Certified Contractor. Jack is well respected in the industry, especially in assisting prospective contractors navigate the exams required to obtain licensing.
