    As a part of every bid, it is necessary to obtain quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and vendors. These important quotations are often received by telephone.

    The Telephone Bid form provides a uniform record for taking these phone bids, assuring that all important information is duly recorded, vital to the success of the bid.

    Subcontractors perform between 50% and 80% of all work on a project. The Telephone Bid may be the only document recording the conditions of the offer by the subcontractor.
